Microsoft has revealed that the latest addition to its ever-expanding list of backward-compatible games on Xbox One is Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Call of Duty 4, of course, released back in 2007, and was notable for being the first game in the franchise to break away from its usual World War 2 setting, instead shifting the action to the modern day - or rather, the future, given its setting of 2011, which is now obviously also in the past.
Developer Infinity Ward's game was enormously well-received by critics and fans alike, and went on to sell 1.57 million copies - marking the start of the series' meteoric rise in popularity.
